Your 'day to day':

- Develop and implement commercial strategies in coordination with Digital B2B Team, to complement Face to Face Sales on Field, in order to have an efficient remote sales channel and create value by creating a Business Development Center (BDC), creating processes and using available tools (REEV & DTE) and complement them with new Vendors tools needed to achieve our targets/goals, through leading and managing the BDC, coordinating and working closely with DTE Manager and Regionals Sr.
Sales Managers to support the implementation of remote commercial strategies.
- Coordinate and orchestrate the operational remote model to give feedback to the Digital DTE teams of the combined commercial strategies, in order to assure the right adoption of Open and 1C1P of digitalized consumers made by the FSF.




- Generate channel specific insights to deploy Upselling Strategies that can increase Strategic Brands, Drop Size Volume and SKU Average, use Data from Pont of Sales, purchasing journey, Historic behaviors to identifying and addressing experience gaps and selling opportunities.
- Continuously optimize channel productivity and operational effectiveness by analyzing manual processes, connecting the dots between processes issues and technology issues, leveraging on PMIs tools and also on Third Party ones.
- Drive the digitalization of the channel through the adoption of DTE/REEV platforms new features/releases and define requirements future improvement (DTE/Digital team to own the roadmap across all channels) and taking ownership of the new Roles and Responsibilities related to a Business Development Center.
Who we're looking for:





- 10+ years of experience in a commercial functions focused on digital operations, strategic planning, business planning.
- Preferably experience in different functions to have cross-functional knowledge & contact points as well as understand processes & needs in different functions Experience with digital or remote channels (Contact Centers)
- Desire to have Business & Financial Acumen (CC related), Consumer Knowledge, Insights & Analytics into Action.
Being able to lead and participated in Project Management & FFWD/Agile ways of working and Portfolio Knowledge.
- Expertise in remote channels like CSCs Operations (Sales / Consumer Service).
- Solid experience in collecting and acting upon consumer feedback within remote and digital channels.
- Solid experience in managing relationship with third parties: Customer Service, Selling, Negotiation,
