Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**Responsibilities**:Ongoing monitoring and control of the availability of the different services of the production 24/7Work within Operations with interfaces to Product, R&D; and Support teams to escalate,
troubleshoot and resolve complex issuesEnsure proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standardsGathering information from different sources and then cross-referencing it in order to attain a resolution to production incidents**Build cooperation and workflow with different teams such as**: Product, R&D;, DevOps and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issuesEnsure proper documentation is provided for all supported NOC activities and standardsConduct Proof Of Concepts for new NOC tools and technologies.
**Requirements**:Previous managerial experienceUnderstanding of Business KPIsScripting experience (Python/Bash/Other)Comfortable briefing and reporting to senior executives and clientsFamiliar with Cloud (i.E.
AWS, GCP) network architectures and the world of the InternetPrevious experience with Logging, Monitoring, and Management systems (e.G.
