Position Overview: The International Business Development and Global Market Expansion Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion and growth of the company's global presence, particularly within the food industry, with a preference for experience in cold cuts. Leveraging a diverse skill set encompassing sales, market research, strategic planning, and relationship management, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and executing effective market entry strategies across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:




- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities in target regions, specifically within the cold cuts sector.
- **Analyze market data and consumer behavior to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for market entry and expansion.**:
- Business Strategy Development:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business strategies tailored to specific international markets, with a focus on the food industry and cold cuts segment.**:
- Formulate strategic plans for market penetration, product positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution channels to maximize market share and profitability.
- Client Relationship Management:
- **Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, distributors, and government agencies within the food industry, particularly in the cold cuts sector, to facilitate business development initiatives.**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for international clients,



addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development:
- **Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities within the global cold cuts market.**:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company's global customer base within the food industry.
- International Trade and Compliance:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the food industry and cold cuts segment.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant trade regulations and standards.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
- **Identify and evaluate potential partners, distributors, and strategic alliances within the food industry, particularly in the cold cuts sector,



to enhance market reach and facilitate market entry.**:
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Market Knowledge:
- **Possess in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market to facilitate exporting cold cuts products to the United States and Latin America, including understanding trade regulations, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.**
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Proven experience in sales, business development, or international trade, preferably within the food industry, with specific experience in cold cuts.**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends within the food industry, particularly in the cold cuts segment.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in market research tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Fluent in English.**
Contract Type: Permanent
