**Primary Responsibilities**- **Invoice review**:Conduct high-level reviews of invoices in Salesforce, ensuring billing instructions are accurate and processes are followed.
Provide backup support with documentation.- **Aging management**:Oversee timely collections and follow-ups, maintaining clear collection notes on assigned accounts.- **Escalation management**:Resolve escalated issues, including invoice reviews, special projects, and customer inquiries.- **Reporting and analysis**:Generate and review Salesforce reports, create Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP's, Macros and present insights to executives and customers.- **Department Reporting**:Prepare and update reports for both Billing and Accounting.- **Training and Development**:Provide technical and accounting training to improve team performance.
**Qualifications**:- **Advanced Excel & Reporting**:Expertise in Excel and report writing is essential.- **Leadership**:At least one year in a leadership role with proven team management skills.- **Organization & Detail**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with all levels,
