As a **Data Support Associate** in our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of data entrusted to us by our clients.
You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of received data, conducting data cleaning and normalization processes to ensure consistency and suitability, and ultimately, facilitating their effective integration into our Data Warehouse. This position requires not only meticulous attention to detail but also a deep understanding of the importance of reliable and accessible data, which are vital for supporting decision-making across various areas of our company.

**How you'll contribute**:
- Meticulously follow customer specific mapping rules to convert customer data into an ingestible format
- Verify the accuracy of data post-ingestion to ensure the integrity of the stored information in the data warehouse
- Actively analyze reporting data to identify customers that are delinquent providing their data
- Effectively coordinate with clients who are delayed in submitting their data,
ensuring fluid communication and timely solutions
- Provide detailed assistance and follow-up on client inquiries related to data or the data management process
- Adopt a proactive approach to identifying potential process improvements to create efficiencies and improve the customer experience
- Effectively communicate daily status and planned prioritization of multiple requests and tasks to ensure timely delivery and client requirement satisfaction
**Who you are**:
- A comprehensive understanding of the data lifecycle, from acquisition through analysis and visualization, is preferred. This understanding is crucial for navigating and optimizing the flow of information within our organization
- Exceptional analytical skills are required, capable of breaking down complex problems and generating innovative data-based solutions
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management and prioritization, is essential for success in our dynamic environment
- Autonomy in thought, with the initiative to take ownership of challenges presented and the determination to resolve them
- A critical and analytical approach to problem identification, with an innate ability to discern underlying causes and propose strategic solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both in team interaction and client relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration and client satisfaction
**Required Skills**:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a solid understanding of its functionalities
- Ability to work with various data file formats, such as CSV and XLSX,
demonstrating an understanding of best practices in data management and transformation for analysis and ingestion
