**What you'll do for us**:
- Looking after service contracts to make sure they are updated and managed well, keeping good records in a Contract Log report.
- Keeping track of insurance claims by working with our insurance broker; gathering all needed details from different departments to make sure claims are ready for payment.
- Helping our finance team make sure our balance sheets are correct and completed on time every month.
- Making sure important reports about our company’s internal controls are ready and sent out when needed.
- Checking the sales process is done correctly and on time, with a weekly review to make sure everything is on track.
- Making sure money things match up between different parts of our company at the end of each time period.
**What are the qualifications needed**:
- Experience working with financial processes in a big company, ideally selling lots of products (like FMCG).
- Skills with computers and programs like Excel, Word, and systems for managing money and resources (like ERP or SAP).
- Good at working with others, talking things through, and making decisions together.
- Good at focusing on both money details and the bigger picture of how the company works.
