Whether your skills are in financial control, planning and forecasting, data analytics or digital risk, there's space to move your career forward in any number of directions.Your 'day to day'We are looking for a Business Planning Analyst to contribute to Business Planning team in the following activities:- Industry, Volume and SOM forecasting as well as current performance analysis.- Support the pricing strategy process.- Partner with Marketing to evaluate New Product Launches providing product, market, and financial insights.Key responsibilities:- Business Performance analysis.- Monitor and follow up Business evolution, volume, and financials.- Analyze industry trends, SOM evolution,
competitors' activities in order to assist BP team with meaningful information for decision making process.- Generate and submit, in a timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget-long range plan, rolling forecast as well as the preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation.- Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests.- Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc).- Partner with marketing teams to help them design NPL initiatives, define ROI of initiatives, drive/support investment decisions, define metrics and targets and provide follow-up.Who we're looking for- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration,
Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.- 2+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies.- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Spanish and English.- Management of SAP, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.- Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies
