Senior Sales Manager - North America
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in
the North American market.
2. Manage and expand the customer portfolio by identifying and securing new business
opportunities in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods
sectors.
3. Promote the business portfolio to clients within the assigned industries.
4. Provide technical support to clients as needed, demonstrating expertise in material
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both markets to
ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing
campaigns and product launches.
7. Provide expert market insights to the executive team, contributing to the overall
strategic planning of the company.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the cosmetics,
pharmaceutical, and medical device industries across both countries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role
within the cosmetic CPG, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods
industries.
- Proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the business landscapes in the United States and Mexico.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- This role requires frequent travel between the United States and Mexico.
