**Manager Prom Fiduciario**
**Purpose of the position**
Leam a team of people who manager the administration of a portafolio of trusts, within this administration it is contemplated, the administration and operation of the trust, manage collection of fees and recover past-due portafolio, comply with the periodic review of the CDD of the trusts both at local standard level (Art 115) of the credit institutions law as those remedied under global standard.
**Main activities**:
- Prospecting and attracting new Business
- Leading and managing medium size teams
- Ensuring the team is meeting their objectives
- Preparing and presenting executive results for the management




- Reception of letters of instruction from clients and verification thereof in order to confirm that they contain the minimum required data indicated in the policies and procedures manual and proceed to generate them in the fiduciary system until validation of the corresponding folio obtained as well as follow up on the clients request until the completion of the process.
- Regularize the exceptions of the trusts, obtaining the missing documentation from the files, contacting the client for their recovery.
- Request or provide documents to clients derived from their requests or internal requirements.
- Make letters of instruction to the notary public when it is a non-monetary operation and request the preparation of the deed that contains the respective legal act.
- Generation through the express legal system and follow-up with the legal area of the projects of legal acts to be carried out at the request of the client.
- Compliance with regulations related to issuer trusts, such as the publication of relevant events in the cases that are required through emisnet/STIV (BMV/CNBV),



update and follow-up procedures until their conclusion before the CNBV, contracting and follow-up of the external annual audit of the issue trusts.
- Attendance at holders assemblies, technical committee sessions, follow-up on agreements made said assemblies.
- Reception, attention, follow-up and solution of customer complaints, as well as their escalation if deemed necessary.
Requirements

- Law degree (graduated or in the process of obtaining a degree)
- Advanced English
- Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as a legal adviser or similar
- Desirable master degree in law

- Office good administration and management of a trust portafolio
