Currently we are looking for our next:
**Supply Chian Finance Productivity Manager, LATAM**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
The SCF Productivity Mgr will be responsible for leading the design and development of the new information systems and business tools required to provide financial visibility of the Supply Chain Performance to the LatAm executive committee, LatAm CFO, LatAm FP&A;, SCF and Operations groups.
The introduction of the new EOTF operating model in our sector is based on the centralization of the business processes, the creation of robust strategies based on strong analytics and well supported decision making processes, unfortunately our information systems, our processes and day to day models - tools are not ready to support this new way of operation, as they are fragmented, Data Bases are unharmonized and most of the processes are descentralized, for that reason the position of the SCF FP&A; is critical for the success of this new operating model.
Additionally,
this role is responsible for the accurate reporting, visibility and performance tracking of our productivity agenda, detecting opportunities and stablishing action plans.
**What will you be doing?**
- Support LatAm Supply Chain Finance VP in driving the strategy and delivering the Supply Chain Plan financials
- Coordinate the integration of Supply Chain Areas plans for the different financial planning cycles (PSP, AOP, forecast)
- Lead the implementation of Collaboration tools within the Supply Chain Finance and operations organizations
- Work with IT in evaluating different options to automate different Supply Chain Finance processes and recommend the best option
- Work with IT to implement the preferred solutions to optimize Supply Chain processes: Examples of the solutions needed are:
- New business work flows of Capex from all CUs and OUs across LatAm
- A new score card with the financial KPIS for the whole Supply chain function (capex exec, Costs, Budgets control, etc.)
- A business portal of the Supply Chain Operation across LatAm to benchmark manufacturing and logistics costs
- Implement a tool to enhance the financial forecasting process of the Cost for all OUs / CUs
- Lead the accurate reporting, training, and performance tracking of our Productivity agenda across LatAm
- Guarantee all deliverables from the area to different stakeholders (Global, Corporate, FP&A;, OUs, CUs) happen in a timely fashion
- Lead the financial analysis of Global Operations initiatives
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration or related field.
- Advanced proficiency business English and Spanish both oral and written
- + 5 years of experience in Finance roles both internally and externally within an FMCG environment
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios & advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Projects financial evaluation models, cost of capital, IRR, SHV and ROIC.
- Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization including senior management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master in Operations / Finance / MBA
- Portuguese
