**Job Role: Remote Debt Collection Specialist**
Charter Financial Solutions LLC is hiring Remote Debt Collection Specialists to support our US clients in Collections
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in English or Spanish in a timely manner.
- Speak with customers about their debts, and offer effective solutions to resolve them.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, and keep record of all conversations and transactions.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Fluent in English or Spanish.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in US Debt Collections
- Utilize own Computer and Internet connection
- Good Listening & Negotiation skills to engage with customers
**Salary**: $8.00 USD per Hour
**Job Type**:Remote (Work from Home)
