Collaborate with different accounts HSSE Program Manager and JLL national HSSE program support personnel, Account Engineering and Operations Manager and Regional Engineering and Operations Team to support the comprehensive strategic HSSE plan developed for the account.
Provide direct support to the HSSE Manager, and Facility Managers and/or Chief Engineers on the different accounts in all matters related to industry HSSE compliance, as well as specific client compliance or site specific operating requirements.
Collaborate with HSSE Program Manager to implement and track an HSSE training program across the Account
Support account HSSE Program Manager / Facility Manager and each site in achieving compliance level performance on the Operations Audit topics related to HSSE.
Collaborate with site Facility Managers and Chief Engineers to support internal and external party audits
Maintain accurate accident and injury records across the account and support sites in completing OSHA regulatory submittals / AIMS internal system as well as compiling account accident and injury statistics
Work with all sites to collect monthly and quarterly HSSE performance metrics
Support an account wide contractor safety program by Facility Manager or Purchases Team.
Assist with site Specific Hazard Assessments and Job Safety Analysis.
Review account specific HSSE procedures, templates and policy documents for concurrence to regulatory, clients and internal accounts specific requirements
Provide guidance and templates for creation of site specific HSSE policy documents
Collaborate with HSSE Program Manager to evaluate client changes to existing and new HSSE requirements and their impact on site operations
Conduct periodic HSSE compliance surveys at all facilities. Identify facilities HSSE compliance issues, and partner with the local operating teams and site internals HSSE to provide corrective actions and action tracking.
Support use of the client’s corrective action tracking tool.
Collaborate with HSSE Program Manager to implement best in class HSSE programs and practices
Collaborate with HSSE Program Manager to gather and publish new HSSE management best practices and innovations within the internal facilities community and develop standard practices and processes across the account. Support an HSSE continuous improvement plan for the Mexico accounts.
Support continuing site level monthly HSSE focused meetings with the Facility Managers or Chief Engineers and the internal client HSSE representatives for each site.
Collaborate with account data management and IT personnel to ensure that HSSE programs are accessible to all account personnel
Skills/Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in an HSSE related field, Engineering, Engineering technology preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in comparable HSSE program development and management in a manufacturing support environment.
Applicable Safety Certification desired
Strong organizational skills, information management proficiency and collaborative management style are needed.
STPS Certifications included the qualification as external HSSE trainer.
