Alibaba Cloud - Business Development Director - Mexico City Responsibilities: Develop and maintain enterprise customer relationships in Mexico, including but not limited to medium and large enterprises, government agencies, and fast-growing startups.Understand customer needs, design, and promote customized cloud computing solutions (including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS,
and other products and services).Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals; formulate and execute sales strategies to increase market share.Gain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and use market trends and competitive intelligence to optimize sales methods and channels.Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure high-quality pre-sales support and technical demonstrations.Establish and maintain a partner network and promote business development through channel partners.Position Requirements: At least 10 years of sales experience in B2B software or IT services, with significant achievements in the cloud computing industry.Familiarity with and in-depth understanding of the Mexican market, able to provide rich local customer resources.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to effectively establish and maintain good customer relationships.Excellent business and strategic thinking skills, able to make independent decisions in complex environments.Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish and English.Having Alibaba Cloud-related technical certifications will be an advantage.
