We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Engineering team.
What you’ll be doing at albo:
- Understand the technical requirements to implement business solutions.
- Develop and ensure quality code.
- Implement unit tests
- Automate end-to-end tests.
- Document the solutions developed.
- Have development version control.
- Ensure the life cycle of the developed components
- Understand the problems presented by the business and define solutions with existing or new technologies.
- Manage and monitor the technological roadmap.
About you and what type of skills you'll need:
- +5 years experience as a developer.
- Solid knowledge in Java and NodeJS.
- Proven experience in the development of microservices with Event Driven & Domain Driven architectures.
- Deep experience in software architecture.
- Experience defining and implementing APIs.
- Experience in developing unit tests.
- SQL and NoSQL are a must.
- Knowledge with containerization in Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
- Knowledge of Cloud architectures (AWS and GCP) is desirable.
- Previous fintech experience is a plus.
- Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally
- Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and you see what needs to happen in order to achieve goals.
- Results & Data Driven: You understand the metrics of the business you are responsible for and you demonstrate these insights to drive constant improvement.
