The Strategy and Transformation function plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices and delivering breakthrough capabilities for some of the most challenging issues facing the company.
We generate fresh and disruptive ideas to support top-line and bottom-line growth and drive the organization to make resource allocation decisions to build competitive advantages that maximize value for PepsiCo and deliver customer and consumer experiences through disruptive innovations including value chain modernization and digital transformation.

Your Impact
As The S&T; Business Operations Assoc Manager your scope will consist of:
Strategic Planning
- Working with Business Operations Director and team, support the company’s planning processes, having an overall perspective and identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring connections and consistency across all processes.
Business Process, Project and Change Management
- Identify transformational and business processes opportunities and help drive an integral transformation methodology with a holistic approach leveraging the established Enterprise Transformation Office (Project Management, Change Management and Value Realization Toolkits) during the end to end implementation and sustain of key projects and process such as S&T; Resource Management, Procurement and Contractors management, Knowledge management program and supporting efforts related to S&T; Organizational health.
- Work on design/implement/continuous adjustment/sustain with the appropriate change management strategy for technical tool, process, and governance, for S&T; digital programs/products, capabilities, in high partnership with Finance, HR, procurement, S&T; Functions. A few examples include:
- S&T; Resource Management process and OneRoster solution.
- S&T; Forecasting process and Financial solutions, including cross charging
- S&T; Procurement and Contractor Management and Fieldglass solution.
- S&T; Organizational health efforts implementation as per alignment with HR
- Help drive the communication strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop communications materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, partners with Functional Leaders, Process Leads,
SMEs and other relevant stakeholders to define, develop/improve/execute: business processes, projects and change strategies. Partner with stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and updated to extract insights for decision making
- Manage process, projects and change-related interdependencies across efforts.
- Successfully translate theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage/ensure the successful end to end delivery.
- Manage change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization.
