We are looking for a Team Lead to support our Team in Mexico!
**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and execute strategic advertising plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.Analyze market trends,
competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to ensure optimal results.Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.Provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their advertising goals on Amazon.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions.Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Manage workflow and personnel workforce for the project efficiency.Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Account Managers, Growth Managers, and Tech Support Specialists.Solve problematic issues that arise within the team or project.Provide guidance, support,
and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
**What You Need For This Role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads (Search Engine Marketing Platform), including Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and brand store management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience with ad sales is a big plus
- Proficiency in using Amazon/Google Ads Advertising tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Search,
Display & Video advertising and campaign coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with financial management and reporting is a plus.
