**Responsibilities**:
- The MBS SC Analyst role The Supply Chain Business Analyst analyzes the day-to-day BU’s Performance and provides insights and trends to support the business
- Ability to review data, trends assessments, and information presentations to the Leadership team while creating of comprehensive cross-functional reporting tools and procedures
- This position will report to the SC Innovation director, but will support the others on the team as well. This role will be responsible to provide tactical execution of the Business Support operations.
**Accountabilities**
- Design, develop, maintain Luminate SC reports and data extracts.
- Design and build analytics tools for business users to deep dive service issues.
- Support Walmart Inc. Next Gen projects related to shared data sets and Digital Integration.
- The role will be involved in the development and execution of supply chain initiatives, including Network Modeling, KPI development, and supply chain processes, thus ensuring the meeting of our business objectives
- Work very closely with the supply chain leadership in the collection of data, build tools and reports to analyze the performance
- Partner with BU Teams to look beyond data to identify and articulate opportunities that will raise the bar for advanced decision-making tools.Maintain appropriate analytical techniques to create information that supports business decision-making
- Provide Adhoc support, develop tools, and dashboards to monitor and collect data on current operations and critical SC Metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Business Analytics is preferred
- Prefer 3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, Data Analysis, Business Analyst roles
- Creating insights and visualization using Tableau/PowerBI
- Highly proficient with MS Excel (macros)
- Prepare executive ready presentations with data and insights
- Working with large volumes of data and proficiency in writing SQL/Python queries on relational databases
- Experience with Teradata, Oracle, DB2 (a plus)
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated using an inquisitive approach to tackle projects, ad-hoc requests
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong thought-leadership and influencing skills: the ability to influence both internal team members and customers to reach goals
