**Project Manager II**
**Your task and Responsabilities**:
- Lead projects, averaging 25 - 50 projects per category, each project in the range of $500K - $20MM depending on project; more than 30 source plants; 10 unique classifications each classification has unique regulated requirements including Drugs, Natural Health Products, Medical devices.
- Designs, manages, and supports projects through a strategic and robust governance system and process within a Bayer CH Category.
- Develops and executes strategic directionand insights through systems techniques and solutions; SYNAPS, DART, SAP, MS Project, includes preparation and ownership of SOPs to support GMP requirements and the appointment of key users and systems administrators.
- In collaboration with Global Packaging, effectively manages current and future state artwork routing system and strategy that supports all stakeholder platforms; and process requests that balances global requirements with local business needs.
- As a part of the overall North America Project Management Capability Pool, work together with the NA and global colleagues to ensure business needs are addressed in the design and implementation of products, launches, and collaborative systems.
- Manages local and global cross functional resources within the Project Management support context including local third parties and vendors.
- Ability to build strong and sustainable business relationships at various levels across divisions and functions, e.g.
Brand, Integrated Planning, Procurement, & Quality Assurance.
- Identifies root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution between initiators and implementation teams.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of packaging related licensing and trademark agreements partnering with Legal, Procurement, and others).
**Who you are**:
- Multi-functional experience in Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Production planning, Integrated Planning, Business Planning, Procurement, and/or Operational Excellence/LEAN.
- BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in an OTC, nutritional supplement, or other consumer products environment.
- Minimum of 3 years proven capability leading cross-functional project teams.
- Basic understanding of legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in an OTC drug and/or nutritional supplement environment, department governance, innovation and prioritization management experience, inventory bridge planning, and supply sourcing transfer.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project, Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership/facilitation, decision making, process management, analytical skills, negotiating and conflict management skills, risk management, effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, and influencing/strategic planning.
- PMI, Prince2 certification, and/or Six Sigma black belt certification would be a plus.
- Affinity for servant leadership, situational awareness, continual improvement and transparency.
