**About the role**
MetaMap is looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our data integrations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for our growing portfolio of 70+ integrations worldwide, with many more to come.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively identify and integrate relevant data sources that can aid in our growth strategy and provide a more comprehensive understanding of our users.
- Manage the existing data integrations, which includes integrating with data providers, scrapers, liveness solutions, bank statement reading solutions, document reading solutions, and other related areas.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global identity service landscape, including different types of identity verification methods, data mining technologies, and solutions available in the region.
- Define metrics and monitoring to ensure highly scalable, performant, and relevant solutions for merchants globally.
- Talk to the customers to understand their pain points and business needs to refine the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives for the data integrations team.
- Responsible for understanding how different human attributes (e.g.
biometric data, government-issued IDs,
social media profiles, etc.)
can be mapped and verified and working with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform prioritization and development efforts.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new identity services, including developing messaging, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of new identity services by customers.
- Oversee analytics across all departments and shape goals, metrics, experimentation, and dashboards for internal and external audiences
- Build a roadmap for the team, balancing both long-term goals and short-term wins.
**Skills & Experience**
- 6+ years of experience in product management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
You have an ability, and willingness, to work with a highly international, multicultural team.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing products, working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying on top of industry trends and best practices in product operations and management.
- High emotional intelligence.

- Technical background (studied CS, bonus for being a developer in the past)
- You will be the DRI for this team and as the DRI, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders, encouraging cross-functional alignment, and resolving dependencies to ensure a successful launch.
This role also requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced to Fluent English.
