The Salesforce Business Technology team is looking for an experienced Product Management Leader to re-invent the way Salesforce customers engage with global support offerings. Our mission is designing and delivering a world class Digital Help & Support experience that is personal and effortless. You are relentlessly focused on the customer experience, engaging with the customer where they are, across channels, offering personalized and relevant content, and recommendations for their support experience. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and customers to lead the ongoing discovery and delivery of value.
Salesforce is looking for a Product Director to support Salesforce’s Partner technology solutions in service of Salesforce’s channel partner ecosystem. The products and capabilities our team builds help drive customer and partners success for consulting, AppExchange/ISV, Reseller and Global Tech partners. As a product leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision and roadmap and successfully delivering results. **Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for owning Product Vision to Backlog with mature product management capabilities, facilitating a culture of continuous collaboration and value realization with customers of Business Technology.
- Create a clear and concise product vision and well-articulated value proposition that is measurable and enables quantification of business value.
- Partner closely with the product design lead to incorporate design practices and rich UX into product delivery.
- Envisioning the development of NextGen Partner Relationship Management (PRM) powered by Sales Cloud, which serves Partner Management and Transactional systems and the entire Lead to Cash cycle. This includes Digital Experience Systems with technical capabilities such as Bots, Conversational UI, Case Management,
A/B testing frameworks, in a wide variety of front end technology stacks (Experience Cloud, Angular JS, etc..).
- Product management core responsibilities such as - roadmapping and planning, Lean Startup, customer discovery and design, business modeling, experimentation design, jobs frameworks, etc.
- Show excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to build measures that allow teams to focus on removing waste from product development, with technical leadership to fuel the growth of our continuous development practices, and automation of our pipeline.
- Communicate with executive business partners and influence senior Business Technology leadership.
- Work with a geographically dispersed team and collaborators with flexibility and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Role model facilitation and communication skills that drive collaboration and greater customer engagement.
- Juggle multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly.
- Mexico Site Lead
- Build Culture & Community: Foster a positive, inclusive, and onsite culture aligned with Salesforce's values, encouraging continuous growth and learning. Drive in-person engagement, creating forums for feedback and connections to encourage team members to be present in the office.
- CIO Mexico City Liaison: Act as the primary CIO liaison for site development, collaborating with the CIO and Enterprise Workforce Planning Team to offer feedback on progress.
- Hiring & Onboarding Local Hub Leader:
Assist in the hiring process for a full-time lead (Senior Director) and provide support for onboarding as needed. Share lessons learned, what has worked well, and ensure a smooth hand-off as temporary assignment ends and role is fully transitioned to the permanent site leader.
- CIO Mexico City Townhalls & Key Meetings: Conduct regular site-focussed townhalls at least once a quarter. Host watch parties for existing CIO meetings (e.g., CIO All Hands, Trust Stand Downs, etc.). Bring in other CIO leaders and/or teams to host lunch and learns, deep dives, and/or fireside chats.
