Position Summary:
Current focus areas for digital technology includes Business Intelligence and Data Literacy, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI.
Work You’ll Do:
- Develop strategic plans to increase digital literacy and technology adoption across all operating companies, identifying key areas for improvement and potential solutions.
- Lead the adoption of new digital technologies within the organization, ensuring that they align with our business goals and objectives.
- Investigate and evaluate external training sources to supplement internal training efforts, ensuring that our associates have access to the most up-to-date and relevant training materials.
- Develop and present educational materials such as webinars, tutorials, and other resources to ensure associates are up-to-date on digital tools and best practices. Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure maximum engagement and retention.
- Manage data governance program, in collaboration with OpCo leaders to improve critical data quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to increase adoption.
- Monitor the usage and effectiveness of digital tools and make necessary adjustments to improve productivity and efficiency, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Provide one-on-one assistance and support to staff in using digital tools effectively, troubleshooting any issues and providing ongoing support as needed.
- Create newsletter posts and PowerPoint presentations to communicate digital news, tips, and learning opportunities with Hillenbrand associates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Measure the effectiveness of digital adoption strategies using a variety of evaluation methods, and make necessary improvements based on feedback and results.

This role will be part of Hillenbrand’s global digital team who drives digital business strategy and technology innovation to improve business processes, enhance decision-making, and gain a competitive edge. We focus on business intelligence and data analytics, digital transformation, automation of repetitive tasks with RPA, and fostering AI adoption and ethical use within the company.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Technology Adoption Manager or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with implementing Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics,
Data Governance/Quality or Data Science functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred strong background in software training, including curriculum development and training delivery.
- Experience with AI or RPA technologies.
