**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

The IT Business Analyst will be performing a hybrid role as an IT Business Analyst and IT Business Partner in supporting the Supply Chain and deliver function.
This group is responsible for delivering the future vision of how we will manage and make supply chain decisions.
The Business Analyst performs deep business analysis, requirements writing and design either alone delivering small to medium size business change activities; or as a member or lead of a BA team in a large or global business change.
Additionally, supporting the business with UAT preparation and coordination with development teams with necessary tools, knowledge, and data so they can perform their task smoothly.




The Business Analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
The Business Analyst will share best practices in relevant communities of practice, contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.
Additionally, situations could occur where this role will need to lead projects and perform as a PM / Scrum Master.
This role is expected to:

- Understand and prioritise business requirements from multiple stakeholders and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making to positively impact/solve medium risks/issues.
- Work with colleagues globally across IT and the business to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered.
- Facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements
- Deliver Requirements Analysis, Business Process Mapping, functional design and testing




- Defining project scope and goals for small projects that deliver or support delivery of effective solutions.
Setting a budget and schedule.
- Perform as primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Accountable for thought leadership, planning, coordination, and management of business demand including business case creation.
- Lead and influence teams to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and with their goals fulfilled
- Monitor and report project progress, budget, compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance, risk/issue management
- Mediate between the delivery team and the product owner, coaching team members, including Facilitating stand-ups between the product owner and delivery team as required
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders and transfer relevant knowledge to delivery teams, i.e.,



translation using levels of interactive communication and influencing skills.
Contributes to communication plans and change management for project and stakeholders.
- Supports business for service tracking/issues/problems/incidents, as well as with IT satisfaction and improvements.
Captures delivery feedback from customers

**Essential for the role**
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with SAP
- Experience of implementing solutions with hands on practical experience in detailed requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional design and testing
- Experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
- Experience of input to business strategies and influencing the vision of senior leaders
- Experience of leading business cases




- A proven track record of delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting
- Excellent influencing, networking and team working skills
- High level awareness of developments in the Information Technology marketplace
- Able to manage expectations and lead negotiations across complex stakeholder groups
- Expert relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
- Expertise in planning, change management and problem solving and able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent (business technology or related degree)
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams in a matrix organization

**Desirable**
- Experience / Understanding of Supply Chain / Operations function




- Experience in bio-pharma industry
- Networks within pharma thought leadership networks and organisations
- Degree in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice
- Practical usage of Agile Methodology
- Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
- Cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge
- User Centred Design (User Experience, User Interface Design and Business Process Design)
