As a Market Development Manager - Stationary Refrigerants (LATAM) here at Honeywell, you will be in a critical leadership position responsible for driving market expansion and growth. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing market development initiatives. Your expertise in market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence will be essential in driving the success of our business.
You will report directly to our Sustainability and Decarbonization Director for LATAM and you'll work out of our Mexico City location.
In this role, you will impact the company by:




- Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities to drive business growth
- Developing and executing market development strategies and plans
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful market launches
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in market development, business development, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong English spoken and written skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or related field
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
