**Tool Crib Divisional Coordinator** for operations in Structures Central Offices (Arteaga, Coahuila)

As a Tool Crib Divisional Coordinator you will be responsible to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the Tool Cribs of the Division to guarantee the supply and efficiency of indirect material in Tool Cribs,



standardization of procedures and follow-up to them.
Improve repositioning times in conjunction with purchases and Finance.
Keep Stock OK above 85%, control the expenditure through the correct parameterization of the materials Implement the best practices of each plant.
Achieve the reliability of cyclical inventories and compliance with programs.
Decrease staff turnover

YOUR TASK WILL BE
- Weekly review of key indicators (Reliability of invetario, stock OK, fill rate).
- Weekly Review open deficiencies SOX.
- Weekly analysis of stock status for each plant in the division of structures.
- Follow-up on requests for critical material from each plant in the division.
- Stockout - Overstocks Analysis of each plant.
- Follow-up to implementations of continuous improvement in all the plants of the division.
- Weekly-Monthly Review of the expense (Warehouse Exits) of each plant.
- Floor follow-up to audit and follow up deficiencies and needs of the operation (5 S's, inputs and outputs of material, inventory reliability).
- Monitoring and control of inventory levels of MP + Transit,



WIP and finished product.
- Standardization of controls and procedures

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- APICS Preference
- Inventory Management
- Excel management
- Electronic systems of materials
- Knowledge in the ERP System Resource planning.
- Analysis and execution of operations.
- 3 years in automotive industry
- 3 years in material supply chains.
- In manufacturing and warehouse areas.
