Software Engineering Manager
The Digital Workplace team is focused on enabling our employees to do their best work using our company's products and showcasing our platforms' diverse capabilities. We do this by building integrations between critical business systems, automating processes, and focusing on ways we can help our employees do their work more efficiently. We are looking for a motivated engineering manager who will help our team achieve these goals.
Role Description:
You are an engineering leader who can hit the ground running leading a high performing team doing innovative work in the spaces of Salesforce development, full stack development and most recently Agentforce. You're someone who can lead the team through a fast-changing environment, helping the team prioritize work, pivot quickly while continuing to deliver high quality products and features.

Your Impact:
Lead a team of software engineers in developing integrations that automate business processes and unify systems across Salesforce.
Manage a team of engineers responsible for building and supporting multiple products, enabling employees to perform more of their daily tasks within Salesforce products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable test frameworks, release plans, and end-user documentation for applications and integrations.
Collaborate with peers to draft, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals.
Provide on-call support, resolve critical issues, and manage incident response for services.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of leading engineering teams.
7+ years of experience in software engineering,
with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for software engineering initiatives.
Experience working with senior leaders to align technology strategy with business goals.
A deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS, as well as experience managing and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, Node.JS, or Python.
A strong track record of writing clear and concise specifications, runbooks, and other documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
