Job Description
Coordination of technical support for the justification, installation and start-up of new technologies to be implemented at the Xochimilco site, including those considered critical to the business or GXP.
**Primary Responsabilities**:
- Proposals for innovation projects for the areas of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence.
Knowledge in the definition of an RPA would be desirable.
- Have clear examples of rapid learning of new ways of working, building and organizing projects, as well as the use of agile development methodologies (SCRUM).
- Architect of business solutions through the use of an ERP (ideally SAP/4 HANNA).
Experience in ERP administration.
- Experience in the definition and start-up of technology, where business and/or manufacturing processes are involved.
- Experience in documentation of the pharmaceutical industry and validation methodologies of computer equipment.
- Leadership and coaching of work teams to achieve their goals, formalizing the empowerment of people.
- Desirable to have experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Responsible for the relevant Business Technology, Automation and Laboratory activities of the Xochimilco site and directs the digital transformation process, as well as continuously improving the operational performance and ROI of digital assets.
- Experience in the generation of documentation and validation of manufacturing systems in pharmaceutical environments.
It is highly desirable that you have knowledge of the requirements of NOM-059 in the area of computer equipment.
- Teamwork with all the members of BT & Automation leading local change processes for process improvement.
- Management of service levels (SLA's)
in an integral way of BT in the technology supports to maintain the constant operation within the productive areas of Xochimilco.
- Examples of coaching, support and performance improvement processes for people on your work team.
- Monitoring of quality assignments, CAPAS.
Management of the Problem Solving methodology being a reference for the support of the department in the management of these analyses.
- Definition, formalization and maintenance of the Business Technology processes with the greatest impact on the plant and main clients.
- Responsible for reporting on key performance indicators and other appropriate metrics to ensure the value of the BT & Automation area and manages or escalates the corresponding issues to the appropriate level.
- Responsible for all team systems and support developments being aligned with the company's Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
and regulatory requirements, including development/review of required deliverables, as well as direction, executing and facilitating appropriate testing activities.
**Education Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline and master's degree is desirable.
- Advanced English at a technical and conversational level.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Experience in validation of automation and IT systems.
- Demonstrated experience in Good Manufacturing Practices
- Experience in data integrity requirements in pharmaceutical operations.
- At least 10 years of experience delivering IT services to a diverse client base and leading teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles/processes and ability to translate manufacturing requirements into solutions.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
Knowledge of the process and project management methodologies.- Understanding of the Systems Life Cycle (SDLC) and the LEAN/MPS principles.
- Ability to communicate and influence, as well as great personal integrity, credibility and energy.
- Ability to establish relationships with high level clients, BT & Automation and business leaders.
- Ability to create and empower effective teams and experience working in global organizations and teams.
- Ability to develop, articulate and build support around a long-term vision and implement the necessary actions in support of that vision.
