**Requirements**:
- Quick learner, sense of urgency, prioritization skills, detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and judgement skills
- Excellent MS excel skills
- Solid people and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years' college degree.
- English proficiency 90%+
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar position
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Manage strategic purchasing activities and occasionally assist with tactical activities
- Drive continuous improvement on pricing, quality, delivery and services with suppliers
- Reduce supply chain risks on single source materials by seeking alternative options
- Lead the sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Build working relationships with internal colleagues, and suppliers
- Report status on tasks and projects weekly to the Supply Chain Manager, Director and Executives
- Support new product development and concurrent engineering activities
- Organize and continuously reassess priorities daily
- Follow company policies, procedures, and direction from management
