**Descripción**:
The main responsibilities are to:

- Design, build, and maintain large-scale data processing systems and pipelines
- Develop and implement data models, data integration flows, and ETL processes to support business and analytical requirements
- Optimize and improve data warehouse performance and data processing workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions




- Implement data security and privacy measures to ensure data protection and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and availability
- Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics

**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with distributed computing platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink
- Experience with data warehousing and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail




- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
