**What would be your mission**:
To manage the Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Process Engineers, Technicians, and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
To support the Industrialization of new products in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Manager (PIM).
**MANAGEMENT OF THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING TEAM**
- Define and update procedures and work methodologies according to corporate procedures.
- Project the workload and ensure the availability of technical personnel to meet the demand of current and future projects.
- Deploy industrialization standards: Time allocation, ergonomics analysis, work instructions, EHS.
- Deploy industrialization methodologies: P-FMEA, Control Plan, Task Sequencing.
- Deploy technological tools: PLM, ERP, MES, CAD.
**SUPPORT TO PROJECTS**
- Monitoring project deliverables in conjunction with the PIM.
- Ensure standard time calculations.
- Ensure data reliability in the ERP system.
- Ensure on-time and quality delivery of work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental rules.
- Ensure that Special Processes are handled appropriately within the Industrialization activities.
**SUPPORT TO PRODUCTION**
- Provide support during the manufacturing of the initial units/articles.
- Organize and manage actions to improve productivity.
- Identify specific needs that require technical support.
**It is essential**:
- Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5 or more years of experience in leading personnel and at least 10 years of working in the Manufacturing and Assembly environment.
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM software (Catia and DELMIA).
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP (Bill of Materials, Routings, reports).
- Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- General knowledge of crimping, welding, bonding, painting, riveting, torque.
