**Administrative Assistant**
Baker Corporate Services, a partner of Baker Electric, is hiring an Administrative Assistant - Operations in our Tijuana, Mexico office.
The Administrative Assistant - Operations will provide clerical support to Baker Electric's Construction Project Management team.
This position is great for someone looking for a steady, long-term job opportunity where you can utilize basic computer, organizational and data entry skills to service the operations team.
**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE**:
- Certificate or Degree in administrative related education program
- 1+ year of professional administrative experience and/or internship
- Proven ability to learn new technology
- English reading and speaking skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within operating hours
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Provide internal project support through administration and coordination of project tasks
- Perform data entry to set up jobs in project management software
- Assemble subcontracts
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency of project management software (Procore)
- Create purchase orders
- Create and update project schedules and labor tracking sheets
- Manage, upload and maintain project documents
- Administer the closing of the project by coordinating the completion of closeout documents
- Provide input and respond to project status requests in a timely manner to meet project deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
