Qualitest is looking for a Network Operation Centre as Entry Level Site Reliability Engineer in Mexico to join our rapidly expanding teams!
1.
Experience with Linux based systems

Good communications skills, upper-intermediate level of English

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
**Responsibilities**:
Ongoing monitoring and control of the availability of the different services of the production 24/7
Work within Operations with interfaces to Product, R&D; and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Ensure proper documentation is provided for all supported SRE activities and standards
Gathering information from different sources and then cross-referencing it in order to attain a resolution to production incidents
**Build cooperation and workflow with different teams such as**: Product, R&D;, DevOps and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Ensure proper documentation is provided for all supported NOC activities and standards
Conduct Proof Of Concepts for new NOC tools and technologies.
**Requirements**:
Previous managerial experienceUnderstanding of Business KPIsScripting experience (Python/Bash/Other)
Comfortable briefing and reporting to senior executives and clientsFamiliar with Cloud (i.e.
AWS, GCP) network architectures and the world of the Internet
Previous experience with Logging, Monitoring, and Management systems (e.g.
AWS CloudWatch, Google StackDriver, SignalFX, DataDog, ELK, New Relic)Experience with SQL (preferably Google BigQuery)
Good analytical and technical troubleshooting skillsHigh English proficiency (verbal and written)
