Requisition ID: 32673- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Manager based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
As our new Sr. Quality Manager, you will be responsible for Drive development of a zero defect and customer oriented quality mindset of all employees within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Ensure that our local QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RC QMS
- Ensure that the local organization know about, and fulfil agreed customer specific requirements
- Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS processes
- Drive overall continuous improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
- Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership
- Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coaching team members.
**Background & Skills**:
- _Bachelor's degree in engineering_
- Technical background with experience within manufacturing and severe experience within quality as Quality Engineer, Quality System Specialist or Six Sigma Blackbelt.
- Deep understanding of Root Cause Problem Solving methodology, Quality Management Systems, Quality audits, Continuous Improvement
- _Strong leadership & communication skills_
- _Advanced English language proficiency_
