Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in Ciudad Juarez, for Juarez South Campus.
Reporting to the IT Manager the Delivery Business Systems Analyst Jr role involvesResponsible for analyzing business problems from both end-users and other IT groups, in order to solve them with a quality solution or to provide a stable workaround while a permanent solution is implemented.
What a typical day looks like:
- Act as the first point of contact between the customer and IT.
- Record occurrences and resolutions of first-level support incidents.
- Implementation and register of temporary solutions to failures in IT services.
- Physical and technical support form the main elements of the IT services.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor´s Degree.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knows production floor.
- Experience working with tickets.
- SQL knowledge Advanced
- System support.
- Business and/or manufacturing processes.
- Hardware support and telecommunications.
- English Basic
