Request:

- **Talent Attraction and Selection Manager / Call center**

**Objective of the position**:

- Develop and implement strategies for the total coverage of vacancies in the company's projects, through the management and integral supervision of the execution of the entire recruitment and selection process.
**Requirements**:

- School (Degree) Economic-administrative careers
- Advanced English (Level C1)
- Minimum experience of 4 years in similar positions managing call center campaigns for the American market, or bilingual campaigns.
**Skills**:

- Leadership
- Team management




- Results oriented
- High ability to negotiate with clients
- Very good at keeping the team motivated

**Knowledge**:

- Strategic planning in attracting talent for mass recruitment
- Interviews by competencies, STAR method
- Making executive presentations
- Intermediate Excel handling
- Time management
- Area budgets

**Functions**:

- Follow up on the main indicators such as: effectiveness of hiring, costs per hiring, vacancy coverage times and effectiveness of the different sources of recruitment.
- Follow-up and punctual attention to internal and external clients
- Coaching the work team to detect in a timely manner any coverage problem that prevents the fulfillment of the established commitments.
- Report results to management.
**SCHEDULE**:

- Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

- Net base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 pesos according to experience
