Materials Sr. Analyst

Responsible for maintenance and supporting production schedules and smooth cooperation with vendors.
Demonstrate strong procurement and planning background.
Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.
May also supervise other analysts in their activities.
Responsible to provide quality and efficient planning to ensure materials availability for plant production.
Maximize the performance of suppliers through effective planning and communication, encouraging and ensuring all communication and process is delivered in a professional, timely manner to all internal and external customers/suppliers.
Supervise all activities and tasks necessary to contribute,



support and execute processes that provide timely and effective attention to the needs and requirements of suppliers throughout the manufacturing cycle.
May also supervise other analysts in their activities.
**Responsibilities/Skills**
- Verify that materials are moved correctly in system (Plex) to ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage inventory levels to avoid excess or lack of raw material.
- Keeps constant communication with Customer Service, Warehouse and Production Control areas.
- Ability to manage multiple task and projects; able to determine project urgency; creates action plans; organizes and schedules people and tasks effectively
- Manages obsolete raw material to ensure there is 0 inventory due to obsolete material.
- Manages and communicates critical raw material with suppliers and Juarez organization.
- Anticipates and prevents problems; effective planning with use of MPR,



historical and historical data; works on continuous process improvement; eliminating processes that do not add value and implementing processes which ensure customer satisfaction
- Follows and ensure respect to quality system and safety policies

Comply with the fulfil environmental, safety and health legal requirements set out in the legislation and regulations of our customers and other applicable stakeholder's requirements to whom we are related to our activities and products, as well as those EHS requirements established by the Company.
**Required Profile**

**Education and Experience**
- BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
- APICS (Desirable).
- Advanced English skills (fluent)
- ERP/MRP System experience
- 3- 5 years' experience

**Skills/Knowledge Requirements**




- Strong MS Office skills / (excel is a must)
- Statistical analysis and data Mining
- Clear communication skills
- Customer service skills such as attentiveness and patience
- Logistics knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Automotive Industry knowledge
- Ability to multitask

**Technical/Business Knowledge**
- Conocimiento en impuestos federales (ISR, IVA)
- Conocimiento en preparación de conciliaciones contables
