We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of the automotive industry and transform ideas into mature solutions.The Algorithm Engineer is a key member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for developing the next generation of technology that will enable us to have a clean and safe driving environment.

**Main responsibilities**:- Development of perception and localization algorithms for Smart Infrastructure Systems.- Create software algorithms for data processing from radar, camera and laser sensors.- Performance evaluation and optimization of existing algorithms.- Development of perception solutions for object detection, tracking, and navigation in complex environments.- Alignment with project release planning, performance targets, and milestones.- Support the identification of root cause for issues and corrective action plans.- Participate in technical discussions with internal and external customers.
**Additional responsibilities**:- Support the environmental perception roadmap definition.- Support of system validation including participation in international test and development campaigns.- Assist innovation activities by creating concepts and solutions for perception and sensor fusion.
**Qualifications**:Required qualifications- Bachelor degree in a related engineering field, physics, mathematics, or computer science- Professional experience in perception and fusion methods for radar, camera, or laser sensors- Knowledge of algorithms for sensor fusion e.G.
Kalman Filter/Particle Filter- Knowledge of image processing e.G.
