- **BILINGUAL SUPERVISOR / CALL CENTER**

**Job Objective**:

- Responsible for supervision and operational control, ensuring that customer interactions are attended in a limited time and that, customers receive the attention and information required

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related (Degree or In Progress)
- English level (C1)

**Knowledge**:

- Call Center Metrics
- Motivational strategies
- Microsoft Office
- Outlook mail

- Feedback and follow-up

**Functions**:

- Distribute the workload of your team members based on campaign goals and metrics
- Address and resolve doubts or complains from the staff and communicate any change in the processes.
- Support the staff in solving problems with difficult clients, dealing with conflicting situations and following up on the solution.
- Manage schedules, break and departure according to staffing, in order to ensure the NPS objectives of the platform.
- Carry out real-time monitoring (one on one), supervising compliance with the quality protocol.
- Give feedback to the advisors based on the information obtained from the monitoring and agree on action plans and programs to improve the level of performance.
- Report and monitor KPIs related to quality measurement
- Work together with training and training, identifying areas of opportunity for the staff (continuous improvement).
- Day: Schedule availability

**We offer**:
