- **_This position is located at our Toluca site (Parque Industrial San Cayetano)_**
**JOB SUMMARY**
- The Continuous Improvement Coordinator leads one or more workstreams / departments within the Continuous Improvement (CI) implementation at home site.
Is responsible for the implementation of the methodology for the department one is leading.
Acts as a mentor for the Continuous Improvement deployment for site people.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and quantify the opportunities within the functional area, plan for and coordinates on the execution of the deliverables and tracks and report on the progress realized by the department/workstream, in terms of installed deliverables, behavior of members of the department and operational results.
- Train,
coach and support all levels of the assigned department in implementing the new way of working and act as change manager to deal with change management issues within the borders of the department.
- Work in peer with the manager of the department and keeps close reporting lines to the regional CI manager.
- Be a mentor for the facilitators in the team and leads by example for both CI members as the team members from the facility.
- Be a representative of the Barry Callebaut CI methodology and as such, always shows examplatory behavior towards the internal customer.
- Define a business case for a department, be able to specify the detailed planning in function of the findings and site specifics, organize and coordinate the team members from the site so that actions and deliverables are realized.
- Has a full understanding of the Continuous improvement methodology, the tools and technics,
to ensure objectives of the departments get met.
Daily coaching and support of all levels of the functional department.
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in lean, TQM, six sigma or similar Continuous Improvement environments
- Experience in Project-, Portfolio Management & Leadership
- Master all elements of change management, including requirements, structures and implementation barriers at corporate organizational levels
- Knowledgable in MS Office Suite
- English - intermediate to advance level
