To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a **Market Manager LATAM **to join our team.This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a very ambitious company at a point where your work will have immediate impact on its growth and results.

**Responsibilities**- Contacting and client acquisition of independent hotels, hotel chains and hotel groups.- Be responsible for the whole sales cycle: market prospection, first approach, online demos and meetings, company presentation and contract closing.- Create and implement the local sales strategy to sustain rapid company growth.
**Requirements**:- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development in the hotel industry, ideally in a tech company.- Knowledge of the hotel industry in the Mexican market.- Experience in software consulting will be a strong asset.- A proficient level of Spanish and a high level of English are a must.- Based in CDMX - work on a hybrid model**Soft Skills**- Results oriented.- Self-starter, able to set goals.- Proactive attitude and sense of initiative.- Excellent communication skills.- Team player and fun to work with.
