**A Lien negotiator´s primary function will be to negotiate post-settlement liens, including health insurance liens, hospital liens, private medical provider liens, and state and federal medical provider liens.
They will also be responsible for finalizing the case and providing clients with the best recovery possible and exhibit a high level of efficiency and proficiency.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients- Communicate and update clients with case status- Organize,
collect and document sensitive personal information- Strong customer service experience- Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism- Preparing closing letters/disbursements- General administrative duties as required**QUALIFICATIONS**- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- Dependable with a solid work ethic and positive attitude- Extremally detail-oriented- Thrives in a high-pressure environment- Has the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion- Knowledge of medical and legal terminology.- Ability to communicate clearly by telephone in a professional manner.- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have 2 years of experience working for a US-based Personal Injury firm?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
