Our client has consistently emerged as a leader in sustainability and is recognized amongst the '2021 Global 100 Most sustainable corporations in the World by Corporate Knights.PositionWe are currently searching for a Senior Software Engineer.Responsibilities:Focus on automation and scripting for large-scale applications.Contribute to AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent.Work with Application and Infrastructure Operations.Design scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet both technical and business requirements.Ensure high-quality software by following TDD, unit testing,
and integration testing best practices.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.Lead the development of software architecture with an emphasis on microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.Review and optimize code for performance, including multi-threading and parallel processing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on automation and scripting.At least 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Senior Software Engineer/Developer role.Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, Go,
or Rust.Strong knowledge of designing scalable systems with microservices or event-driven architecture.Experience with TDD, unit testing, and using tools like SonarQube for code quality.Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.LanguagesAdvanced Oral English.Native Spanish
