Your work will directly impact volume, net sales, share, and profit across our innovative and base portfolio.What You'll DoLead Innovation Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine innovation P&Ls;, ensuring alignment with business goals.Analyze and Drive Performance: Conduct in-depth performance analyses,
including P&L; drivers, channel/customer promotional effectiveness, and brand profitability.Support Strategic Decisions: Prepare business insights, forecast updates, and ad hoc financial presentations for leadership meetings, empowering decision-making.Optimize Multipack Performance: Dive deep into multipack profitability, SKU-level analysis, and parent brand performance to identify growth opportunities.Create Impactful Reports: Build periodic operating reviews (PORs) and prepare visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate results and recommendations.Collaborate on Strategic Projects: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.Shape the Future: Support annual operating plans (AOP)
and innovate new approaches to financial planning and analysis.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Expertise in financial modeling (Excel) and a knack for creating engaging presentations (PowerPoint)
