You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement activities, leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities,
and areas for improvement.System Management: Manage and maintain procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.Reporting: Develop and generate reports using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into procurement performance.Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate supplier performance and assist in supplier selection and contract negotiations.Process Improvement: Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to align procurement activities with business goals.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency with procurement systems, Excel, and Power BI.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills:
