In this role, you will support a fast-paced,



results-driven culture and further develop the evolving global HSSE program in a changing global climate with a growing emphasis on sustainability.
As a key leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align health, security, and safety initiatives with Gentherm's strategic objectives.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an HSSE strategy by integrating and harmonizing our processes, people, infrastructure, and culture.Monitor and address emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends.Implement and integrate HSSE best practices into all areas of the business.
Build a high-performing network of cross-functional members that fosters a proactive HSSE mindset.Provide subject matter expertise through participation in global EHS team activities and corporate ESG Steering Committee.Collaborate with regional leaders to adapt global strategies to local needs and regulatory requirements.Develop, maintain, and enhance company HSSE and on-premises Security Programs to meet and exceed both global legislation and corporate requirements.Ensure that HSSE procedures, programs, and practices are integrated into business operations; establish compliance and assurance protocols; measure results; and share lessons learned
