Front end Software Developer (5+ Years of Experience)(Full Time Contractor)Compensation: $20-30/hrKey Responsibilities:- Implement responsive CSS designs, including styled components.- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate APIs using tools like Axios.- Contribute to database design and management using PostgreSQL.- Write clean and well-documented code with strong attention to project structure.- Participate in team discussions to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Use tools like GitHub and JIRA for code and project management.- Create and maintain unit tests to ensure software reliability.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both frontend and backend systems.- Report directly to the Engineering Lead and provide updates on progress and challenges.Technical Experience Requirements:- Frontend Skills:- Strong experience with React, Material-UI, and modern JavaScript/ES6+.- Deep understanding of styling techniques (CSS, SCSS) and building responsive UI components.- Hands-on experience working with APIs using axios (RESTful APIs preferred).- Backend Skills:- Proficiency in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework.- Understanding of database design and management with PostgreSQL.- Proficient in writing and optimizing ORM queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.- Other Skills:- Familiarity with AWS (or willingness to learn).- Excellent debugging skills.- Exposure to healthcare standards like HIPAA, SOC2, or HITRUST is a plus.- Interest in learning and maintaining security frameworks.
