As the Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative aid to various departments.
**What you will be doing**:- Assisting with the day-to-day management of facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs,



and vendor services.- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.- Coordinating office moves, reservations, and space planning activities as needed.- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.- Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.
**Your profile**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.- Previous working experience (no less than one year) in facilities management, administrative duties, or related roles is advantageous- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.- Excellent communication iand interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.- At least Intermediate level of English proficiency.LI-ED1LI-Onsite**What ICON can offer you**:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
