we want to hear from you!About the Role:As the Automotive Sector Assurance Assessment Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality assurance assessment services within the automotive sector across the Americas.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse team of assessors, lead business development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services that align with BSI's mission to be the most trusted authority in management system assessments.In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:Leading Team & Building Capacity: Oversee resource planning, ensuring the availability and optimal location of assessors, driving efficiency, and reducing lead times for service delivery.Developing Competence & Productivity: Lead the expansion of assessor expertise, ensuring ongoing training and competency development, and optimizing service delivery to enhance productivity and service quality.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with clients, ensuring timely and high-quality assessment services, addressing client concerns,



and fostering long-term partnerships.Driving Business Growth: Identify market opportunities, support new client onboarding, and ensure sustainable business growth through proactive client engagement and strategic market insights.Ensuring Operational Excellence: Manage assessment projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines, while continuously striving to improve operational performance and service delivery.To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with 5 years in a people management role and a minimum of 2 years in professional services such as auditing, consulting, or training.
Proven experience managing a virtual or technical workforce is essential.Industry Knowledge:



A strong understanding of the automotive sector and management system standards.
Experience in IATF or other automotive-specific standards is a plus.Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Lead Assessor qualifications or sector-specific professional credentials are highly preferred
