**About the Role**
We are looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team on-site in Condesa, Mexico City.
The SDR will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by identifying, engaging, and scheduling appointments with restaurant owners and operators to share the value of Trivr Eats' virtual restaurant brands.
You will be the first point of contact for many restaurant partners, responsible for generating qualified leads and maintaining a steady pipeline for our Inside Sales team.
Pre-vetted leads will be provided by the company to support your outreach efforts.
**What You'll Do**
**Prospect & Outreach**:
- Conduct research to identify quality restaurant operators and decision-makers.
**Lead Qualification**:
- Understand the needs of restaurant owners and educate them about Trivr Eats' no-risk,
revenue-boosting solution.
- Qualify leads to ensure a strong fit for partnership opportunities.
**Appointment Setting**:
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Inside Sales team (Closers) to complete the sales process.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships through active communication.
**CRM & Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, outreach activity, and appointment status within the CRM.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Inside Sales team and Sales Manager to align outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and processes to continuously improve results.
**What We're Looking For**
**Hard Skills**:
- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- **Sales Experience**:2-5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B or B2C).

- **Tech Savvy**:Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach tools.
**Soft Skills**:
- Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed targets.
- Resilient and adaptable to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry or food delivery platforms.
- Spanish language skills (preferred but not required).
**Compensation & Perks**
- **Base Salary**:Starting at $2,200-$2,400 USD/month with a $125 commission per deal closed.
- **Post-90 Day Adjustment**:
- After 90 days,
or upon achieving 10 deals closed in a single month, base salary will adjust to $1,800 USD/month, and commissions will increase 60% to $200 per deal closed.
- **On-Target Earnings (OTE)**:$5,800 - $6800 USD/month ($69,600-$81,600 annually).
- **Top Performer Potential**: This role has uncapped commissions.
Top performers can expect to make $7,000 - $9,000 USD/month or more ($84,000 - $108,000 annually), depending on performance.
- **Bonuses**:Additional performance-based incentives, including spot bonuses, monthly milestones, and contest rewards (e.g., gift cards, cash bonuses for hitting 20-25+ deals).
**Work Location & Requirements**
- **Location**:This is an on-site role (5 days/week) based in Condesa, Mexico City (final office location confirmation will be provided during the hiring process).
- **Trial Period**:A 3-month probationary period applies.
Continued employment is contingent on:
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrating consistent effort, performance, and alignment with company expectations.
**KPIs & Expectations**
- **Call Volume**:Minimum of 50-80 calls per day.
- **Sales Goals**:
- 10 deals/month during the probationary period.
- Increasing to 20-25 deals/month after probation.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Success will be evaluated based on call recordings, pitch quality, and overall effort metrics.
