**Scrum Master (Data Migration and Integrations)**
**Job description**:

- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Oversee and manage integration efforts involving payment solutions and their seamless incorporation into Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, validation, and consistency throughout the migration process and ensure communications are flowing across the teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals,
and deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement practices within the team and organization, identifying and addressing any obstacles to productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate transparent communication with project leads, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).

**Salary**: $97,000 gross.
