Community Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for the IT industry
- Create engaging and shareable content for a blog, social media, Video Podcast and/or promotional videos.
- Provide feedback from community to the management and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
- Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community.
- Find new marketing initiatives and market trends to push brand image.Coordinate and participate in tech events meetups, social events, and corporate events.Producing tech community events.
**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Community Manager




- Experience in community management tasks for United States-based companies.
- Graphic design and writing skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English level.
Residence in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Experience coordinating and participating in tech events, meetups.
- Public speaking skills.
- To have a valid visa and passport.
